The Hook family have farmed in East Sussex for more than 250 years. In 1991 Phil and Steve Hook took on Longleys Farm, going fully organic by 2000.
Frustrated by the price of wholesale milk, in 2007 they took a leap — filling twelve bottles from a churn in the farmhouse kitchen and delivering them around Hailsham in Phil's Volvo Estate.
