Hand-churned from our raw cream, this butter is deep yellow, rich and full of the flavour of summer pasture. It is made the traditional way, in small batches, from a single grass-fed organic herd.

The colour comes from the cows, not a tub of dye — the natural beta-carotene of a grass diet. Spread it, bake with it, finish a steak with it; this is butter with real depth.
