Doorstep rounds (East Sussex)

Across most of East Sussex we deliver weekly in returnable glass bottles, bottled the morning after milking. Your milk is left in a shaded spot on your doorstep on your round day. Find your town and day on our delivery areas page.

UK-wide courier

If you’re outside our rounds, we deliver chilled across England and Wales by insulated courier:

• Order by Sunday 11:59pm → dispatched Wednesday → delivered Thursday
• Order by Thursday 11:59pm → dispatched Monday → delivered Tuesday
• Packed in an insulated box with ice to stay cold in transit

Packaging & freshness

Doorstep milk comes in glass; courier orders are packed in insulated boxes with ice packs. Please refrigerate everything as soon as it arrives — see how to store raw milk.

Bottle returns

Our glass bottles are part of a returnable system. Rinse and leave your empties out on your next delivery day and we’ll collect, sterilise and reuse them.

Payment

We confirm payment options when we acknowledge your order. Prices on the website are indicative and confirmed before any payment is taken.
