Orders placed through this website are enquiries which we confirm before payment. We’ll let you know about availability, delivery and pricing before your order is finalised.

Prices shown on the website are indicative and may change. The price confirmed at the point of order is the price that applies.

Raw drinking milk

Our raw milk and some dairy products are unpasteurised. As required by the Food Standards Agency: “This milk has not been heat-treated and may therefore contain organisms harmful to health. The Food Standards Agency advises that it is people who are more vulnerable to infection who are particularly at risk.” By ordering raw products you acknowledge this notice.

Delivery

We aim to deliver on the schedule described on our delivery information page. Occasionally weather, courier or farm circumstances may cause delays; we’ll keep you informed.

Cancellations & perishable goods

Because our products are fresh and perishable, please give us as much notice as possible to change or cancel an order. Contact us promptly if there is a problem with your delivery.
