Herstmonceux, with its castle and observatory, is right on our doorstep east of Hailsham. Being so close to the farm, the milk we deliver here is among the freshest on any of our rounds.
Every bottle is filled the morning after milking at Longleys Farm in Hailsham — our grass-fed, certified-organic herd just a few miles away. That means the raw milk reaching Herstmonceux is about as fresh as raw milk can be.
We deliver to Herstmonceux every Friday in returnable glass bottles. Leave your empties out and we'll collect them on the next round.
