Description
NEW Our own raw liquid whey. This whey is a product derived from making raw yoghurt; it is packed full of goodness; think of it as using clear buttermilk! You can use it in bread-making, pancakes, waffles, flatbreads, pizza dough, or for cooking rice, pasta and vegetables. It can also be used to lacto-ferment vegetables; it helps the fermentation along with some salt and is great for chutneys, pickles, etc. It is delicious in soups, casseroles, stews and broths. This is not tested for pathogens so we recommend it is only to be used for cooking purposes above 80 degrees Celsius.
