Your 1 Litre poly-bottle of Organic, Grass-Fed, Pasteurised full fat milk from the Hailsham Herd, will be chilled down to 2C, and put into a 1 litre poly bottle milk container. Your milk will then be put into a sealed insulated cardboard box and delivered to you within 24 hours of dispatch. The milk will be bottled as fresh as possible and the label advises a 'best before' date.
For your delivery day see the Go Shopping Tab on the main website. If you would like to place an order for more than the maximum number of bottles, which is 18, please contact the office by emailing sales@hookandson.co.uk.
Put the bottle of milk immediately in a fridge, and keep below 4C; remember milk should be kept cold. If you have more milk than you will use before the 'best before' date we suggest that you freeze the surplus milk at the point of delivery, so that you have fresh milk later on in the week. Freezing does not affect the milk quality, but do allow room for it to expand. Please freeze your milk on the day of delivery, it will keep for up to 1 month in your freezer. Please thaw in your refrigerator and use within 24 hours. DO NOT RE-FREEZE.
